Sous Chef - Evening (Full-time)
Excellent knife and organizational skills. 2 years of planning and cooking banquet functions. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of professionals and individuals of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work under pressure. Evening shift, but flexibility needed as event scheduling will dictate.
Steward(Full time, Afternoon Shift)
Set up/breaks down banquets and buffets; prepares tables, removes soiled dishes and serving equipment and monitor tables during the event for replenishment. Maintains professional appearance and decorum, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of professionals and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Expediters/Food Runners (Part-time)
Shifts needed - Weekdays: 10:00am to 3pm and Weekends: 5:30am to 1:30pmExpediters = $11 per hour Assures orders are processed accurately, garnishes & decorates dishes prior to serving, stocks supplies, resets dining rooms, assists in set-up & break down of banquet functions, etc.
Pool/Beach Attendant (Part-time)
Lifeguard, CPR/AED certifications required
Waithelp (Part-time) Day and Evening Openings

Pantry – Full-time (Day Shift)
Prepares food: i.e., fruits, vegetables, cold meats, seafood, dressings, cold sauces, breads, mousses, hor d’oeurves, cold soups appetizers, salads, cereals, fountain items, desserts, and adheres to State sanitation standards. Assists in kitchen operations such as: housekeeping, inventory, etc. Kitchen food prep experience and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of professionals and individuals of diverse backgrounds.
Storeroom Attendant – Full-time
Receives deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Inspect deliveries and date times to verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality throughout case lots. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food related areas. Weekends included, day shift hours. Must have a valid driver’s license, and must provide a driving abstract when applying. Person must be able to lift and/or move 50 – 100 lbs. Computer skills desirable.
