Golf Course Equipment Manager (Full-time)
This position is responsible for all facets of equipment operation, repair, and maintenance of golf course equipment and maintenance facility. Duties (not all inclusive): Implement and maintain PM program and schedules as well as budgets and maintains inventory of repair/maintenance parts, fuels and lubricants; maintains work environment in an organized, clean and OSHA compliant manner. Requires: 3 years of golf course repair/management, working knowledge of turf/landscaping equipment, possess a current driver’s license and ability to work well with other employees without direct supervision.
Greens Keeper I (Full-time)
Golf Course turf and landscaping maintenance. Requires employment experience performing landscaping/grounds maintenance duties and utilizing related trade tools (weedeater, machete, mower, edger, etc.). Lifting 30 – 50 pounds. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently and be detail oriented. Golf course experience a plus.
Storeroom Attendant – Full Time
Receives deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Inspect deliveries and date times to verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality throughout case lots. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food related areas. Weekends included, day shift hours. Must have a valid driver’s license, and must provide a driving abstract when applying. Person must be able to lift and/or move 50 – 100 lbs. Computer skills desirable.
Cook - Evening (Full-time)
Excellent knife and organizational skills, well groomed, ability to work effectively in a team environment, work under pressure and communicate with all levels of professionals.
Be able to multi-task and work broiler-grill position as well as pantry – sauté experience a plus!
This position set up/breaks down banquets and buffets; prepares tables, removes soiled dishes and serving equipment and monitor tables during the event for replenishment. Maintains professional appearance and decorum, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of professionals and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Expediters/Food Runners (Part-time)
Shifts needed - Weekdays: 10:00am to 3pm and Weekends: 5:30am to 1:30pm
Expediters = $10 per hour
This position assures orders are processed accurately, garnishes & decorates dishes prior to serving, stocks supplies, resets dining rooms, assists in set-up & break down of banquet functions, etc.
Pool/Beach Attendant (Part-time)
Lifeguard, CPR/AED certifications required
Waithelp (Part-time) Day and Evening Openings
Waithelp/Servers = $12 per hour
This position provides food & beverage service to members and guests and performs as back-up to other positions. Food server experience desired, customer service experience required.
Pantry – Full-time (Night Shift)
Prepares food: i.e., fruits, vegetables, cold meats, seafood, dressings, cold sauces, breads, mousses, hor d’oeurves, cold soups appetizers, salads, cereals, fountain items, desserts, and adheres to State sanitation standards. Assists in kitchen operations such as: housekeeping, inventory, etc. Kitchen food prep experience and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of professionals and individuals of diverse backgrounds.
