A pair of ladies, guests of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, tee off while caddie waits at the right for both to be ready to proceed. Since the Waialae Golf Club was built and opened in 1927 specifically for guests of the Moana and Royal Hawaiian Hotels, players from those hotels had daily tee times made available for to them.
